We 💙 the Rosco SoftDrop we made for the One Stop Films BSC show booth last weekend! Using a stock image from our library we worked closely with owner and Camera Operator Danny Bishop to fine-tune the crop, colours and lighting to match to the Pulp Fiction-style diner set. Danny said after seeing the finished result ‘ I think we may just steal the show‘. We couldn’t agree more. 😀

Showing a 90m x 11.50m ( 295’ x 38’) #softdrop backdrop with only two vertical seams 😲 as a follow-up to the last post. Produced by Rosco Digital Imaging, this was hung in 360 around a raised rostrum set. Night lighting from the floor behind. It doesn’t need a lot of light – in fact about half that of vinyl or polyester. Just saying..🤫🙃

This was a 90m x 11.50m ( 295’ x 38’) SoftDrop with only two vertical seams 😲
The Art Dept built the Operations Room set in the round which needed a 360 wraparound day/night drop for birds eye London panorama views out the windows.
Originally planned to shoot from the BT Tower, a last.-minute location change landed me shooting day and night instead from the 29th Floor of the Park Lane Hilton. Howling winds and fast-moving clouds across the sun meant constant lighting changes but what a view! 🦅
In the end only half of the 360 shots were used so lmk if you’re looking for something similar 😉
This was the first outing with my (then new) 100MP Fuji GFX and it did not disappoint.🔥 @fujigfx100
